We liked this wine because of its generosity and mouthfeel as a result of wild yeast fermentation and extended yeast lees contact, giving a more viscous feel.
Bright, pale lemon. Dusty yellow fruits with dried herb and white pepper lift. Gentle and savoury with green apple and pear core depth, lightly nutty textural elements, fresh herbaceous notes, zippy lime-like acidity, and a persistent saline finish.
