Vibrant and pale. Varietal lift of passionfruit, lemongrass, capsicum and cut grass. Clean, crisp and tight with pin-point acidity driving the mix of fresh grapefruit, passionfruit and green bean, mouth-watering structure and a long, zesty finish.
