Although Molly's Cradle source fruit from across NSW, they needed to look no further than their own backyard in Pokolbin to create this lovely modern Verdelho.
Attractive pale and bright in the glass. White pineapple, bay leaf and subtle tropical fruit. Pine-lime entry in a generous style, with green apple acidity, underlying citrus and melon notes, and fresh acidity giving excellent balance and length.
