King Valley might not be the first region that comes to mind when referring to Sauvignon Blanc, however its cool climate makes some delicious examples, like this one.
Very pale and bright in appearance. Grapefruit, passionfruit, pea pod, capsicum and lemongrass aromas. Light-bodied and tightly-wound, with a herbal mix of citrus and tropical fruit, zippy acidity and a clean finish.
