Obiter Dictum is a quirky side project from Briar Ridge, and their Attractive Nuisance is crafted with Semillon from the Hunter Valley and Sauvignon Blanc from Orange.
Pale with green freshness. Savoury Semillon lift over Sauvignon Blanc tropical fruit. Palate opens with guava, nectarine and lemon curd, with notes of lychee and guava, fresh acidity balancing the sweet fruit, and a long finish. Very flavoursome.
