Larry Cherubino has a knack for making very varietal expressions from many regions, and this WA Sauvignon Blanc is an exceptional example. Herbaceous and bursting with fruit.
Bright and pale in the glass. Stonefruit, passionfruit and toasty oak. Full-bodied with a ripe core of tropical fruit, layers of toast, mineral and vanilla, spun honey complexity, tight acidity and a long, vibrant finish. Beautifully balanced.
