We don't see a lot of these 'classic white' blends in the Hunter, but this one from Peter Drayton makes you wonder why. A lovely easy-drinking white.
Bright and pale. Fresh citrus, pea pod and passionfruit. Juicy yellow fruit entry, with citrus and light tropical fruit, with crunchy fresh herb notes, hints of vanilla and white pepper, and savoury, minerally persistence.
