2012 was a highly acclaimed vintage due to the exceptionally mild weather experienced during harvest.
In the glass: Bright mid lemon green.
On the nose: Citrus, toast, chamomile, honey, bees wax and nori.
On the palate: A cascade of sourdough, barbequed lime, star fruit and raw cashew. Shows amazing purity with a saline texture, and oyster shell minerality followed by a complex finish.
