Another quality organic wine from the team at Pig in the House at Cowra in NSW. Very little Piquepoul is grown in Australia, but this lip-smacking example makes you wonder why.
Pale with a silver-green hue. Engaging aromas of green and yellow melon, grapefruit pith and white flower. Very fine and elegant flavours of white apple and gooseberry, with a hint of sea spray, crunchy acidity and a chalky, textural finish.
