David Cracker has skilfully combined two Euro-inspired textural white varieties to create a wine that's more than the sum of its parts. Delicious.
Pale straw in the glass. Green apple, nashi and white melon aromas. Quite tightly-wound with a zippy mix of lime and lemon, with touches of straw and spun honey, mouth-watering acidity, slatey minerality and a dry, savoury finish.
