This single vineyard wine is grown in the cool Drumborg sub-region of Henty, in far south-west Victoria. A climate that allows slow ripening of the fruit and fine acidity.
Pale with a green hue. Nutty lift over ripe pear, rockmelon and grapefruit. Drinking well, with lashings of peach, nashi and grilled lemon, spicy acidity giving balance and drive, notes of marzipan and wet rock, and a rich, savoury finish. Quite bold.
