2021 proved to be an outstanding vintage in Victoria, with ideal conditions resulting in another cracking Sauvignon Blanc from Rob Dolan.
Bright mid yellow. Fresh citrus and cut grass, with notes of wet stone and white pepper. Crisp, bright and crunchy with a dry mix of savoury lemony fruit and zesty, minerally acidity. A light, fresh and easy-drinking style.
