The 2022 Inigo Riesling comes from three blocks, with each batch fermented separately using three different yeast strains to add complexity to the final blend.
Pale with green freshness. Very lifted aromas of lime zest and musk. Light, delicate and pure, with a pristine mix of lemon, lime and apple, very crisp acidity and a long, mouth-watering finish. A lovely Riesling with poise and class.
