Sevenhill are the oldest winery in the Clare and was founded by the Jesuits in 1851. Their latest Riesling is superb, and highlights the synergy of this variety and region.
Bright pale lemon. Aromas of citrus and apple with hints of lime splice and white flowers. Youthful and fresh, with an appealing core of green apple, lime, nashi and star fruit, crisp acidity, wet stone minerality, and a long, vivid finish.
