A lovely example of barrel fermented Sauvignon Blanc from an exciting new entrant to the local Yarra scene, made by the highly experienced Paul Bridgeman.
Pale with green freshness. Complex aromas of cedar oak, stonefruit, gooseberry and lemon zest. Quite oak-driven with layers of white peach and green melon, grapefruit like acidity, creamy texture and a complex finish. An interesting take on the variety.
