This museum release Chardonnay from Trifon Estate really defies the odds by managing to be full of flavour yet remarkably fresh at the same time.
Youthful straw green. So bright, with citrus, melon, pineapple and complex nougat, cashew and background oak spice. Still shows excellent tension with fine balance of pure fruit, nutty complexity and oak, fresh acidity and a long, juicy finish.
