Trebbiano, also known as Ugni Blanc, and originally from Italy, is one of the most widely planted varieties globally, and this one from Trimboli is one of Australia's best.
Pale lemon green. Pear, lemon balm, apple and blanched almonds. Light, bright and expressive with a vibrant mix of granny smith and nashi, a faint underlying nutty layer and a slightly chalky exit. A well-made example of the variety.
