It's not surprising considering their heritage, that Trimboli are making some superb Mediterranean varietals, like this delicious Vermentino.
Pale and bright in the glass. Citrus, melon, white pepper and oyster shell aromas. White peach entry, with hints of citrus, dried herbs and spice, saline acidity, and a long, juicy finish. A lovely example of the variety.
