The 2021 vintage was a gentle, steady and quite predictable vintage in the Hunter, and the resulting wines reflect the excellent growing conditions.
Bright straw with a green fleck. White melon, nectarine, fig, apple and custard apple aromas. Crisp and finely detailed showing just-ripe stonefruit and citrus with a saline underbelly, fresh acidity and subtle oak spice in support.
