Ulithorne may have been named after the first Irish Catholic priest in Australia, but no altar wine is produced, just superb regional wines, like this zippy Riesling.
Pale lemon green. Bright and lifted kaffir lime and citrus zest. Light, pure and pristine, with a vibrant core of lemon and lime, underlying stonefruit notes, mouth-watering acidity, and a hint of quinine to finish.
