Z Wines is a boutique winery out of the Barossa Valley. Sisters Janelle and Kristen Zerk operate the vineyard that has been in the family for five generations.
Vibrant and pale with a green hue. Yellow peach, pear, chamomile, jasmine and cedar aromas. Lemon and stonefruit entry with leesy complexity, slatey minerality and saline purity, a hint of grilled nuts, delicate acidity and balanced supporting oak.
