The majority of Sparkling Rosé mirrors traditional Sparkling White styles and is therefore made from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. The pink tinge is a result of either blending in a portion of red wine with the white base wine, or by soaking the grapes on their skins to release colour. Sparkling Rosé is made in a range of styles from sweet to dry, all available through Wine Selectors.
