The Little Wine Company is a boutique winery comprised of husband-and-wife winemaking team Ian and Suzanne Little who between them have more than 60 years of wine making experience in the Hunter Valley. From diverse winemaking backgrounds, they joined forces in 2000 to explore new alternative varieties in the region such as Viognier, Sangiovese and Petit Verdot.
What is your philosophy on winemaking?
We make wines that we like to drink and we make the best wine we can. We’re always looking to improve the grapes we work with and to be innovative in the way we make wine.
What makes your estate unique?
We are pioneers of alternative varieties in the Hunter Valley and continue to experiment with new and emerging varieties
