The grapes for the traditionally-made Final Cut Take Two Shiraz 2015 were sourced from the historic Seppeltsfield vineyard in the Barossa Valley. It shows lovely harmony and balance with fruit flavours that are soft yet plush, energetic acidity, velvety tannins and well-judged oak.
From the Marananga sub-region, the Schubert Estate is deep, fleshy, ripe and juicy with masses of clove, plum and currant, sweet toasty oak, black olive, cola and charcuterie, fine tannins and supple acidity.
The Sorby Adams Jutland Shiraz 2019 was crafted using Eden Valley and Barossa Valley and was described by the Tasting Panel as ‘a monster’. The palate shows sweet and rich dark berry fruit with heavy toasted oak, deep tannins, and juicy acidity. A traditional Barossa Shiraz that's sure to appeal to those that prefer heavy reds.
