Your holiday starts at home where you download the OceanReady® app and complete the steps before you sail to prepare for your cruise, update your preferences and streamline your arrival experience.
Before you board, you’ll pick up your Medallion™ device, a coin-sized, wearable device that interacts with the MedallionClass™ App.
This tiny piece of technology, exclusive to Princess, is packed with features including keyless stateroom entry – your door unlocks on approach, you get a personalised greeting and it closes behind you. This is just one element of the TrulyTouchless™ experiences that await, which extend to contactless embarkation and payments.
Once you’re settled, your Medallion™ device will open more than your door – it becomes your key to enjoying all the features that a cruise with Princess offers.

This is thanks to the unique MedallionClass™ technology that tells crew members your exact location and sends them directly to you.

If you’re keen to keep in touch with those at home, MedallionNet® offers fast and reliable Wi-Fi. Video chat with your family in the morning; and post a picture of a stunning sunset to social media. And when you’re ready for some ‘you time’, stream your favourite shows by the pool.
Even your dining is personalised with Princess. Dine My Way™ is all about creating a unique cruise dining experience for you. Enjoy complete flexibility when it comes to your meals by picking your preferred venue, time (subject to capacity and availability) and pace, and choose from the main dining rooms or specialty restaurants.
Have dinner at the same time each night or change it based on what works for you. Once on board, you can order food and drinks for delivery wherever you are through OceanNow®. More options at your fingertips means less time waiting and more time to dine your way.
And when you’re heading back to your room, navigate the ship easily with turn by turn directions to wherever you want to go.
