Wills Domain sits atop 60 hectares of rolling hills in the north of the Margaret River region in the Gunyulgup Valley, Yallingup. Their vines are planted on sun-drenched northern and western facing slopes overlooking the Indian Ocean. With a maritime climate that is perfect for growing wine grapes, Wills Domain showcases fine, artisanal Margaret River wines with its two old vine vineyards – Yallingup Estate (Est 1985) & Wills Domain Estate (Est 1992).

The estate is owned by the Haunold family, who have a remarkable wine lineage - with over 600 years of winemaking running through their veins. Darren Haunold says, "our 2003 Semillon still impresses me! Such minerality, flintiness, line, length and freshness under stelvin cap - a truly amazing expression of Semillon from Margaret River". A must-try if you ever visit Wills Domain it seems, especially at their multi-award winning and hatted restaurant!

The sprawling layout consists of two main bedrooms, both with ensuites. The first has a gorgeous bay window to sit and relax with your favourite book, the second with a spacious bath with room for two overlooking the vineyard. The other four bedrooms are capable of sleeping up to ten guests - so no one misses out!

The gorgeous homestead also features a large open plan kitchen and dining room for entertaining, including an island bar / kitchen bench with duel beverage fridges & butler kitchen to host your family or friends. Snuggle up by the open fireplace which invites you to enjoy a glass of wine with a book or chat for hours catching up with friends!

Catering for the most special occasions, the homestead also has a dressing room for weddings to capture your precious moments. The home has been recently renovated and complemented with all the extras you’d expect of a home of this quality. For the environmentally conscious the homestead is powered by a passive Tesla Power wall and 2 electric car charging stations for your convenience.

The Homestead can be conveniently stocked with Wills Domains estate wines and beverages upon arrival as well as groceries and even their exclusive fish and MR Wagyu supplier!
