The Three Sisters of Three Elms

Located at Frankland River in Western Australia, is the beautiful family-owned winery Three Elms.

Three Elms is an acronym for Emily, Laura and Molly - three sisters who have curated a wine that tells a story about their unity as a family and their upmost gratitude for the generations before them that showed them the way.

The sisters have a great love for their home, a passion for their wine and respect for those that helped them get there.

Three Elms in the Wine Industry

The wine industry is all that the sisters have known growing up. They would “sneakily” steal grapes from the vines and ride along in the tractor with their Uncle. You could find the girls sitting in cardboard boxes in the winery drawing pictures or sitting on their Pops lap in the offices where he drew pictures on their faces.

Family is important to the sisters, and is the heart and soul of Three Elms winery. The girls learnt the tricks of the trade off their father, helping him to put neck tags on wine bottles and would also crack eggs with the winemaker and smell the wine to learn the scents.

The three sisters knew their destiny was to continue the family tradition of a life in wine, spending numerous school holidays working outside with young and old vines to earn some money.

Wine is embedded in the family, and while only one of the sisters studied and works in the industry, they are all involved in what happens at home - and are always there to help!

Three Elms carry two ranges of wines for you to enjoy with family and friends - the way the sisters would like their wines to be celebrated with!

The Timbertops

The Timbertops range are wines of purity and complexity which are a reflection of the Frankland River region.

Produced from low yielding established vines, Three Elm’s Timbertops range take advantage of the fact that several red and white wine varieties produce excellent quality fruit every year. All of these wines reflect the vintage conditions and may be enjoyed while young but also cellar very well for several years.

Flying Wild

The Flying Wild range is comprises of medium-bodied wines that are made to enjoy while young, although the dry red wines will cellar well for up to three years.
