Best red wines under $25
In Australia we’re incredibly lucky that we don’t have to spend a bundle of cash for a premium red wine experience. There are plenty of good inexpensive wines from leading producers, boutique wineries, and those just getting established, that are ready and waiting for you to discover.
Whether you’re looking for an elegant and refined Pinot Noir or the mouth-filling satisfaction of a big Aussie Shiraz, it’s easier than you might think to find quality wines that punch well above their weight.
With that in mind, we asked our Will from our Wine Selector Tasting Panel to put together what he thinks is the best red wines under $25.
Each wine was individually and unanimously assessed to be of award-winning quality by our Tasting Panel. Some are ready to drink now, or, in some cases, you could also pop them away in the cellar for a couple of years for additional ageing.
