Celebrate 160 years with Tahbilk!
One of Australia's oldest and most reputable wineries is celebrating its 160th birthday and you’re invited to come and taste 160 years of winemaking experience at Brisbane’s fine dining establishment Restaurant Dan Arnold.
This once-in-a-lifetime dinner will be hosted by Alister and Hayley Purbrick, fourth and fifth generation custodians of this very special winery. Experience the beautiful ageing ability of Tahbilk wines, with aged examples, including their unique Marsanne, tasted alongside their younger counterparts.
The four course menu will be curated by Restaurant Dan Arnold’s namesake, who brings years of international experience, including at Michelin-starred restaurants, to his cuisine. Run with his wife Amelie, at Restaurant Dan Arnold they apply French techniques to ingredients sourced from small producers and local farms. Paired with stunning Tahbilk wines, this promises to be a meal to remember!
